Instructions

Step 1
Veggies: Boil cauliflower 5–6 min; add bimi last 3–4 min. Drain.
Step 2
Potatoes: Cook and mash with butter, a little milk/cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg..
Step 3
Meat: Sauté onion & garlic, add meat, season, cook. Transfer to baking dish.
Step 4
Cream-Cheese Sauce: Melt butter, stir in flour → roux. Slowly add cream, simmer 2–3 min, then add cheese + season.
Step 5
Assemble: Meat → veggies → cream-cheese sauce → mashed potatoes → extra cheese.
Step 6
Bake: 190°C, 25–30 min until golden. Oven setting: top& bottom heat
