Instructions
Step 1
Add cubed chicken into slow cooker. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
Step 2
Add in stock, sour cream, mustard, and Worcestershire. Mix well.
Step 3
Add mushrooms, then add the cubes of cream cheese over the top. Set the cooker on low for six hours.
Step 4
Remove lid. Stir well until cream cheese is broken up.
Step 5
Add the egg noodles. Recover the cooker. Allow noodles to cook for 20 minutes. Stir half way through to ensure all noodles are cooked thoroughly. Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve promptly.
