Mango and Pineapple Smoothie

This is my go to Smoothie when I wake up in the morning with inflammation. Its thick, so could be used as a smoothie bowl, dont blend the banana in but rather slice it up an add it to top of bowl with a sprig of mint. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
