Instructions
Step 1
Cut beef in cubes. Marinated in baking soda, black pepper, soya sauce (2table spoons) and salt.
Step 2
Then make the sauce: in beef broth, add oyster sauce, soya sauce, black pepper and cornstarch.
Step 3
Cut the onion in big chunks. And cut the peppers in big chunks. And garlic and ginger in small bits. Then saute the beef. And remove it.
Step 4
In the same wok, add the garlic and onion. When the peppers, and after 3 4 minutes add the beef. And the sauce on top and leave it marinade for a couple of minutes.
