Step 1

Chop 3 to 4 medium broccoli heads into bite sized pieces and set asside.
Step 2

Combine 2 1/2 cups mayo (Dukes) 1/2 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup white sugar
1 tbs. Ginger paste
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
In a medium mixing bowl.
Step 3
Coursely chop 1 medium red onion and combine with chopped broccoli with dressing mixture.
Step 4
Add
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup bacon crumbles
3/4 cup dried cranberry
To salad mixture and toss

Serve chilled
