Instructions
Step 1
Add all the ingredients except the biscuits in a pot and simmer for 8minutes on low heat. Watch the mixture carefully as it will burn easily.
Step 2
In a spearate bowl, break up the marie biscuits. Set aside
Step 3
Remove the date mixture from hwat and beat in 1 tsp vanilla
Step 4
Add the mixture to the biscuits and mix well.
Step 5
Line the baking tin (8×8cm) with baking paperand pack the mixture into the tin. Refridgerate for 1hr.
Step 6
Remove the set mixture from the tray and cut to desired size and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
