Ingredients

1 x 12 ozcan evaporated milk
can substitute with evaporated skim milk for lower fat Can also 1/2 this if desired
1 x 13.5 ozcan light coconut milk
2 Tbspmaple syrup
or honey, instead of sweetened condensed milk
1 tspvanilla extract
½ tspground cinnamon
⅛ tspnutmeg
1 cupwhite rum
Optional
Cinnamon sticks
for garnish
1can of cream of coconut
Instructions
Step 1
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
Step 2
2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Step 3
3. Taste and adjust sweetness or spices.
Step 4
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Step 5
5. Shake well before serving.
Step 6
6. Serve cold in small glasses and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
