Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325F. Grease cookie sheet or line with parchment paper. Set aside.
Step 2
Cream butter until light. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Work in flour, kneading on unfloured board until smooth.
Step 3
Flatten dough evenly into pan & fork all over.
Step 4
Bake 30-35 mins or until lightly browned. Cool in pan about 10 mins.
Step 5
Invert while warm and cut into serving pieces.
