Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Blend the rolled oats in a food processor or blender until they form a fine flour. In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the batter ingredients until combined. Add the oat flour to the batter and gently fold until incorporated. Avoid overmixing to keep the texture light. Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking tin. Top with half of the banana slices and half of the chocolate chips. Pour the remaining batter on top and decorate with the remaining banana slices and chocolate chips. Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
