Ingredients

1onion
large, chopped
2carrots
peeled and chopped
2celery ribs
chopped
2 tablespoonsolive oil
2 x 14.5 ouncecans mixed vegetables
drained
3 x 14.5 ouncecans stewed tomatoes
undrained and chopped
2potatoes
peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cube
2carrots
peeled and chopped
2 x 14.5 ouncecans beef broth
2 x 14.5 ouncewater
cans
1 ½ tablespoonsSeasoning
2 poundscrabmeat
Instructions
Step 1
1. Sauté onion, carrots and celery in olive oil until tender. Add drained mixed vegetables. Add chopped tomatoes with liquid. Add all remaining ingredients, except the crab and bring to a boil. Simmer until vegetables are tender about 20 minutes.
Step 2
2. Add salt and Old Bay to taste. Stir in crab, remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
