Instructions

Step 1
Cook orzo pasta in 1 1/2 cups water until all liquid is absorbed. Set aside.
Step 2
Chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Place on pan and broil until just starting to char. Add a drizzle of hot honey and broil a few minutes longer.
Step 3
Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Step 4
Scoop orzo into bowls. Top with chicken, vegetables, feta cheese, and hot honey.
