Instructions
Step 1
Preheat an electric pizza oven to 800°F
Step 2
Lightly flour your pizza peels and place the rolled-out pizza dough on it.
Step 3
Prick the pizza dough gently with a fork. (Optional)
Step 4
Spoon the pizza sauce on the pizza dough no further than 1 1/2 in from the edge. This would be for the crust.
Step 5
Add the vegan mozzarella cheese and any additional toppings of your choice on top of the sauce.
Step 6
Center the pizza peels above the preheated stone and gently pull the peels apart to make the dough on the stone.
Step 7
Allow to cook for 3 minutes.
Step 8
Then, rotate the pizza dough 180° (either clockwise or counterclockwise) and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and begins to brown.
Step 9
Using the pizza peels, remove you pizza from the oven.
Step 10
Drizzle with olive oil (optional) and let it cool for about 2 minutes.
Step 11
Use a pizza cutter to cut the pizza into pieces of your choice. Enjoy!
