Instructions

Step 1
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and spray lightly with cooking spray.
Step 2
Add the extra lean beef mince and chopped onion, season and cook until browned.
Step 3
Stir in the tomato & basil pasta sauce and let simmer for a few minutes.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, halved Rosa tomatoes, and sliced gherkins.
Step 5
Spoon the cooked mince mixture over the salad.
Step 6
In a small bowl, mix the mayo, tomato sauce, mustard, gherkin juice, and garlic powder until smooth.
Step 7
Drizzle the special burger sauce over the mince and salad.
Step 8
Top with onion marmalade and add sriracha for extra spice if desired.
