Instructions

Step 1
Cook the Pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water and add the pasta. Cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté Onions and Garlic: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add Crushed Tomatoes: Pour in the crushed tomatoes, stirring well to combine with the onion and garlic mixture. Allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in Cream: Reduce the heat to low, then slowly add the heavy cream to the tomato mixture, stirring continuously until well combined.
Step 5
Season the Sauce: Add dried basil and oregano, along with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 3-5 minutes until the sauce is heated through.
Step 6
Combine with Pasta: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to thoroughly coat the noodles in the creamy tomato sauce.
Step 7
Add Parmesan: Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
