Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Stir in protein powder, nut butter, honey/maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Fold in granola and chocolate chips until evenly mixed. Press mixture firmly into the prepared pan. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until edges are lightly golden. Cool completely in the pan before slicing (important for firm bars). Texture Notes These bars will be soft and chewy, not crunchy. For firmer bars, bake an extra 3–5 minutes and chill before cutting.
