Instructions
Step 1
1. Cut chicken into chunks for frying (you can leave the chicken whole if you prefer)
Step 2
2. Mix 1 1/2 C cornstarch with 3 tsp of garlic salt. Beat 2 eggs together.
Step 3
3. Dip the chicken into the beaten eggs, then into the cornstarch mixture. Fry the chicken until they form a golden crust.
Step 4
4. Mix together ketchup, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and salt in bowl.
Step 5
5. In a cook sheet, lay out the fried chicken and then pour sauce over the chicken.
Step 6
6. Cook for 1 hrs at 350. Baste with remainder of sauce at end of cooking. Serve over rice or with noodles.
