Raspberry Chia Pudding

It's so hard to find plant-based yogurt that is a good source of protein and calcium, that's why I am obsessed with Siggi's. I buy the one that only has 4 grams of sugar and I get mine at Whole Foods. Also - it's THICK + creamy which makes it sooo beyond yummy.

Instructions

Step 1
1. Blend raspberries, almond milk and maple syrup in a blender until smooth.
Step 2
2. Pour into a large meal prep container then add chia seeds and yogurt. Mix well.
Step 3
3. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy for up to 4-5 days!
