⅓ cupchia seeds
1 cupblueberries frozen
1 cupdairy free milk
0.5lemon
juiced
1 tspmaple syrup
or agave nectar
½ tsplemon zest
½ tspvanilla extract
1 Tbspmaple syrup
or honey

Instructions
Step 1
In a blender combine blueberries, milk, lemon juice and zest, vanilla extract, and optional protein powder. Blend to combine.
Step 2
In a jar, add chia seed and add blended mix on top. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Next, add protein powder and stir until mixed.
Step 4
Place in the fridge and stir once after 10-15 minutes. Return pudding and let it rest in the fridge overnight or at least 3 hours.
Step 5
In the morning, top with your favorite fruits, granola, seeds, or nuts. Enjoy!
