Instructions: Cookie Cup Base ... 1 Preheat your oven to 350°F 2 Spray a mini muffin tray with oil or use a silicone mini muffin tray and skip the oil. 3 Mix all ingredients for the Base of the Cookie Cup in a small bowl using a fork. 4 Divide the mixture evenly into the muffin tray, filling each cup about 1/3 full. Press down gently so there is flat top. 5 Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. 11.8K Instructions: Caramel Layer... 1 In a small bowl, whisk together all of the Caramel Layer ingredients until smooth. 2 Once the Base layer has completely cooled, dollop on the caramel (about 1 tsp to each) and flatten out the tops with a small spoon.
