Instructions

Step 1
Fill pot with enough water to cover eggs
Step 2
Bring water to a rolling boil
Step 3
Once boiling, add cold eggs from fridge carefully (use tongs) then cover pot and lower heat until a wisp of steam escapes lid and set timer to 13 minutes
Step 4
When 13 minute timer goes off, add eggs to ice water bath until completely cool
Step 5
Peel and enjoy
