Ingredients
3 servings
6salmon fillets
cut into cubes
2 tspolive oil
1lime juiced
¼ cuplow sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsphot sauce
such as sriracha
1 Tbsphoney
or any sweetener
1 Tbspminced garlic
1 Tbspchili powder
2 tsppaprika
2 tsponion powder
½ tspsalt

½ tsppepper

Instructions
Step 1
Cut salmon fillets into bite-sized cubes.
Step 2
Add salmon cubes to a bowl with olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, hot sauce, honey, garlic, chili powder, paprika, onion powder, and salt and pepper if using.
Step 3
Mix well to coat all pieces evenly.
Step 4
Let the salmon marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Step 5
Preheat oven to 400°F (or air fryer to 400°F).
Step 6
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or air fry for 8–10 minutes, until salmon is cooked through.
Step 7
Top with sesame seeds, green onions, and additional hot sauce as desired.
Step 8
Serve with rice or enjoy on its own.
