Instructions
Step 1
heat oil in large pot over medium-high heat. Add garlic and 1 tbsp italian herbs. stir and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add wine and boil about 1 minute. Stir in beans, tomatoes, and salt. Remove from heat.
Step 2
Using a blender (in batches) or immersion blender, puree soup until smooth.
Step 3
in soup pot combine ground chicken and 1 tbsp italian seasoning. cook until browned.
Step 4
Return soup to pot over medium high heat and stir in gnocchi. Bring to a simmer, then cover and cook about 15-20 minutes
Step 5
serve, topped with parmesan and basil. Refrigerate any leftovers.
