Ingredients
1 servings
2slices rye bread
with 70 calories or less per slice
2 tspfat-free Thousand Island dressing
2 Tbspsauerkraut
drained
1 sliceFat Swiss Cheese
Reduced
2 ozno-salt-added turkey breast
thinly sliced
1 ozlean corned beef
sliced
2 tsplight whipped butter
or light buttery spread
Instructions
Step 1
Lay bread slices flat and spread with dressing. Top one slice with sauerkraut, cheese, turkey, and corned beef. Top with the other bread slice, dressing side down. Spread the top with 1 tsp. butter.
Step 2
Bring a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium heat. Place sandwich in the skillet, buttered side down. Spread the top with remaining 1 tsp. butter.
Step 3
Cook until lightly browned, about 2 minutes per side, pressing down with a spatula to seal. Enjoy!
