Sausage Mac and Cheese

Instructions

Step 1
Cook pasta according to package
Step 2
Cut sausage how you'd prefer. Fry on the stove until caramelized with a crisp.
Step 3
Melt 1/4 cup butter on the stove in a separate pan. When melted, add flour and cook for a few minutes. Add milk and stir until it's starting to thicken. Slowly add cheese, melting as you go.
Step 4
Mix all ingredients together and add to oven safe dish. Melt 2 tbsp butter and mix with panko. Top dish and bake for 20-30 minutes.
