Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the chili flakes and fry for approx. 1 min.

Then pour in the cream and bring to the boil for 1 min.

Now add the cheese and spices and leave to melt for a further minute.

Shape the minced meat into 2 balls. Then flatten the balls by hand. The diameter should be larger than that of the burger buns, as the meat shrinks when frying.

Heat the oil in the pan on a high heat. Add the meat and season with salt and pepper. Fry for 1.5-2 mins and then turn.
Step 6
Season the meat again and fry for 1.5-2 mins.
Step 7
Fry the burger bun in the same pan until golden brown.
Step 8
Spread the mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bread.
Step 9
Then alternate between the burger patty and cheese.
Step 10
Finally, add the jalapeños on top.
Step 11
Place the other half of the bread on top and enjoy!
