Honey Ginger Tea
Instructions
Prep:2minCook:15min
Take the peel of a half of lemon (well‑washed), a modest stick of true cinnamon (ceylon if you can), and two or three thin slices of fresh ginger. Drop everything into a small pot of water (500 ml), bring it to a boil, then let it simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
The water turns golden, the smell deepens, and you pour it into a mug, maybe with a teaspoon of honey if that makes you actually drink it.
Nothing magical, just a hot infusion built around everyday ingredients.
