Instructions
Step 1
Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin or use silicone liners.
Step 2
Blend Egg Mixture: In a blender, mix eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese optional.
Step 3
Prepare Muffin Cups: Evenly distribute the additional ingredients. (bacon, sausage, cheese, spinach, onions, whatever, etc.
Step 4
Fill & Bake: Pour the blended egg mixture into each cup, filling about ¾ full. Bake for 18-22 minutes, until set and slightly golden on top.
