Instructions
Step 1
1. Thaw out pizza dough 1-2 hours prior to cooking.
2. Preheat oven to 480°
3. Add a splash of Olive oil to cast iron pan. Wipe to coat bottom and sides.
4. Add dough and spread across bottom of pan.
5. Put pan in the oven and bake for 5 minutes.
6. Take out the pan. Turn up heat to 500°. Top dough with remaining ingredients. Sprinkle garlic salt on crust.
7. Return pan to oven and bake for 13-14 minutes.
8. Take out and let cool.
