Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. If using low fat meat, pregrease loaf pan.
Step 2
Food processor carrot, onion, mushroom, garlic until finely chopped.
Step 3
Shred bread into small pieces, soak in milk for 5 minutes or until completely absorbed.
Step 4
Combine all ingredients throughly. Pack into loaf pan.
Step 5
Bake for 55 minutes. Remove, top with thin layer of tomato paste. Bake for another 20 minutes.
