Instructions
Step 1
Brown the meat in fat and take it out.
Step 2
Blend onion into mush and slowly cook on low heat but don't burn.
Step 3
Add meat and pour in a glass of white wine. Let the wine reduce and then add a spoon of dijon mustard.
Step 4
Add beef broth and seasoning: dry thyme and a single bay leaf.
Step 5
After about 45 min of simmer reduce the sauce to thicker than wanted and add cream. Cook on low heat for about 2 minutes and switch off.
Step 6
Add a bit of butter into the sauce and chopped parsley. Serve over rice.
