Instructions
Step 1
Separate the eggs from the whites and put it in two separate bowls (pop the eggs whites in the fridge in the meantime)
Step 2
Add the milk into the eggs yolk (NOT WHITES), and whisk it slowly
Step 3
Add vanilla extract into egg yolk with milk bowl, mix it slowly
Step 4
Add flour (tip: sift the flour and add in bunches slowly) aiming for nice creamy consistency
Step 5
Grab your mixer and start mixing the eggs whites on low speed. Once you see foam, starting adding sugar but by bit. Its supposed to look like stiff peaks (DO NOT GO TOO FAR)
Step 6
Add 1/3 of the eggs whites into the yolk mixture. Stir until we'll smooth by hand.
Step 7
Poor the yolk mixture now into the eggs whites mixture. Gentley fold it all togrther with a spatula.
Step 8
Grab a ziplog bag and cut a corner of it to be able to poor out the mixture.
Step 9
Turn stove to low heat. Oil it. Gently add the badder into the pan.
Step 10
Add a few drop (3 maybe) to the pan to steam up. Add lid. Try and not to remove the pan until 7 to 10 minutes.
Step 11
Flip them and add more water droplets (maybe 3 again). Let it cook for another 5 minutes or so.
