Instructions

Step 1
add 2 eggs to a bowl and add the sugar

mix the eggs with the sugar for a minute
Step 3
add 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of water, two tablespoons of oil, and a pinch of salt. mix well

add the flour and mix until smooth
Step 5
add the remaining milk and water. mix well

Step 6
heat oil in a nonstick pan on high heat, wipe most of the oil off. ladle on a light coat of the pancake batter, fry on one side until the top is no longer glossy/starts forming bubbles
Step 7
flip the pancake and fry the other side for a short while (1 min) until light brown spots appear on the underside.
