Instructions
Step 1
1. Prepare Patties
Place gound beef in mixing bowl.
Season with Salt and black pepper.
Divide into 2-4 equal portions and shape into patties about 0.75 / 2 cm thick.
Step 2
2. Heat Skillet
Place skillet over medium-high heat.
Add tallow and let it fully melt and heat.
Step 3
3. Cook Patties.
Add Patties to hot skillet.
Sear about 3-4 minutes per side from medium, or adjust to desired doneness.
If using cheese, add slices in last mi ute to melt.
Step 4
4. Serve
Let rest 2 minutes before serving.
Optional: top with extra melted tallow or butter.
