Preheat oven to 425° F

Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl

Mix or cut in butter until the pieces are small and the mizxure is consistent.

Add milk, mix
Step 5
In the bowl, knead and incorporate ingredients until the dough is consistent and cohesive.
Step 6
Turn the dough onto a dry, floured surface and knead for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Press or roll the dough to a half-inch thick. Fold the disk of dough and press. Repeat 5 to 10 times. (Work quickly, you want to put the biscuits in the oven with the butter as cold as possible)
Step 8
Press your final folded dough to 1 inch thick. Cut with a cough scraper into consistent squares and place on a parchement lined baking sheet.
Step 9
Bake at 425° F for 12 to 14 minutes
