Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
2. In a medium saucepan, bring the potatoes to the boil. Cook for 10 - 12 minutes or until soft.

3. In a medium pan, heat the oil over medium heat and saute the onion, garlic and carrots for 3 to 4 minutes.

4. Add the minced beef and saute until browned. Add the peas, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste and beef stock, bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, drain and mash the potatoes. Add butter and milk and continue to mash until smooth. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 6
6. Spoon the beef mixture into three ramekins. Top with the mashed potato.
Step 7
7. Place in the preheated oven for 10 - 15 minutes

or until the mash is golden.
