Instructions
Step 1
Add berries to small pot. Heat on low/medium uncovered until berries have thawed
Step 2
Let cook until berry mixture is soft. You want to keep cooking until they have released most of their liquid in the pan and mixture looks soupy
Step 3
Remove from heat and mash fruit if desired. Add chia and maple syrup. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Serve immediately or store in the fridge
