1 Ibground beef
1white onion
finely diced
1 Tbsgarlic
1 tspWorcestershire sauce
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
2 Tbssesame seeds
tortillas
Large
tostadas
2 cupslettuce
shredded
½ cupdill pickles
finely diced
cheddar cheese slices
Big Mac Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 420 degrees and lightly grease a baking sheet.
Step 2
2. Add a drizzle of olive oil and garlic to a skillet over medium heat. Let cook for about 30 seconds.

3.Add half of the diced onion and cook for a few minutes until they begin to soften. then add ground beef. Break beef apart and cook until no longer pink. Mix in Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper.

4. Prepare Big Mac sauce in a bowl.

5. Spread large tortillas out on a sheet pan. Be sure to let half of the tortillas on the sides of the pan hang off of the side. Cover tortillas in a layer of ground beef.

6.Add tostadas in a single layer over ground beef. then add Big Mac sauce, lettuce, pickles, onions, and cheese.
Step 7

7. Gently fold the sides of the tortillas up and add any additional tortillas to cover all ingredients.
Step 8

8. Brush top of tortillas with melted butter then place an additional sheet pan on top.
Step 9

9. Cook covered for 15 minutes, then remove top sheet pan cover, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and cook for an addtional 5 minutes.
