Stock is good in the fridge 4-5 days and in the freezer for 4-6 months.

Instructions
Step 1
Cut veggies into large chunks. Onions should be quartered with the peels left on. Turkey neck can go in raw, frozen or roasted at 400° (from frozen) for 40 minutes, flipping after 20 minutes (preferred). Smash garlic cloves or used minced.
Step 2
Add bones, neck, veggies and herbs to Slow Cooker. Fill to just above bones with cold water.
Step 3
Simmer on low 10-12 hours.
Step 4
Remove bones and neck and pick off meat for soup and store separately.
Step 5
Remove all solids and strain stock through a fine mesh into a clean bowl.
Step 6
Cool slightly then refrigerate.
