Instructions
Step 1
Place chicken thighs in a large sealable ziploc bag. Add oil and all seasoning.
Step 2
Seal the bag and shake well. Press the air out of the bag to ensure it's tightly sealed.
Step 3
Press the seasoning around the chicken to coat. You can also marinate it in a bowl covered with plastic wrap.
Step 4
Refrigerate and marinate for at least 1 hour, up to overnight.
Step 5
When ready to cook, preheat the air fryer to 375°F, about 5 minutes.
Step 6
Place the thighs (skin side up) in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Step 7
Cook for 25-28 minutes until the skin turns crispy and golden brown.
Step 8
Ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F on a meat thermometer.
Step 9
Serve immediately with your favorite side dish or veggies like Mashed Potatoes, Air Fryer Garlic Green Beans, or Air Fryer Broccoli.
