Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, combine chia seeds with vanilla

and your choice of almond or coconut milk.

Stir the mixture well.

Pour the chia mixture into glasses or bowls.

Refrigerate the mixture for 4-5 hours, or ideally, leave

it overnight.

The next morning, stir the chia pudding again.

Top with your choice of fruits and seeds.

Optional: Drizzle with maple syrup for added
