Instructions
Step 1
Bring pot of water to a medium boil and add banza pasta. Once water returns to boiling, set timer for 12 minutes and boil uncovered. Once timer is done, drain a d rinse with cold water and set aside
Step 2
Warm large skillet over medium heat and add ghee. Once ghee is melted, brown beef chunks. Season with Montreal steak seasoning. Remove meat from pan but leave any ghee or seasonings behind. If there is no ghee left behind, add another tbsp for the next step.
Step 3
Add mushrooms and sauté for approximately 3-5 minutes. Return meat to pan. If anything has stuck to the pan, use balsamic vinegar to deglaze and scrape the bottom of the pan with a wooden utensil
Step 4
Add beef stock, 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, coconut aminos. Mix to combine. Cook for about 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Combine 1/4 heavy whipping cream and arrowroot powder to make a slurry. Add to pan and stir to thicken. Turn off heat and add noodles. Mix to coat noodles and serve.
