Instructions
Step 1
Dry toast the spice mix in a frypan for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 2
Add tomatoes and black beans and cook for 5 minutes until the sauce has reduced slightly. Adjust seasoning.
Step 3
Season diced jalapeno with salt and pepper
Step 4
Divide rice, chicken, cooked beans, and jalapeno between bowls. Top with onion and yogurt. Serve with corn or black bean chips and lime wedges.
