Step 1
Pat dry corned beef
Step 2
Sear the beef on all sides; place brisket fat‑side up on trivet.
Step 3
Add onion, garlic, bay leave, cumin, oregano, smoked paprika, broth and apple cider vinegar.
Step 4
Pressure cook for 90 minutes, allow to sit for 10–15 min.
