Instructions
Step 1
Sauté onion and garlic in remaining olive oil until soft. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Cool completely.
Step 2
Mix cooled spinach mixture with feta, 2 beaten eggs, nigella seeds, and pepper.
Step 3
separate dough into 5 stacks and cut each in half lengthwise to create long strips. Place a scoop of filling at one end of each and fold into triangles like a flag.
Step 4
Brush with remaining beaten egg mixed with melted butter. Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until golden.
