Apple Pie Upside Down Tartlets

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Step 2
Drizzle honey directly onto parchment paper in 8 sections, each about 2 inches long and thin.
Step 3
Sprinkle each honey drizzle with chopped almonds and cinnamon
Step 4
Lay 3-4 thin slices of apple onto each pile, followed by another tiny drizzle of honey on top.
Step 5
Top each apple slice section with pressed Brie, then top everything with divided crescent roll (I laid the crescent dough out flat, pressed together the seams, and cut it into 8 rectangles for this)
Step 6
Spray with a tiny bit of oil and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown on top. Enjoy warm, optionally topped with whipped cream!
