Instructions

Step 1
Beat the egg in a deep bowl, add salt and sugar, and stir until the crystals dissolve. (HEAT THE KEFIR) Pour in warm kefir and stir thoroughly again.
Step 2
Add the flour in parts, stirring to form a thick dough. Add the baking soda along with the second part of the flour and mix everything well once again. The consistency of the dough should be thick like greek yoghurt.
Step 3
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough "rest" for about 5 minutes. During this time, it will become softer and more stable.
