5 TblsSoy sauce
1 TblsOyster Sauce
1 Tblsapple cider vinegar
1 TblsAji Amarillo Paste
1 "fresh ginger

Instructions
Step 1
Cut beef across the grain into 1" chunks. Marinade in equal parts soy sauce and apple cider vinegar for 15 min +

Prepare vegetables

Prepare sauce
Step 4

Cut potato in half & cut into French fry sticks. Toss in small amount of olive oil. Sesson with salt, pepper, onion powder, & garlic powder. Put in air fryer for 20 min. Mix half way

Sear beef on high heat. About 2 min per side Careful not to over cook. Remove from pan & set aside

Saute onions for about 1 min. Add yellow pepper. Saute another 2 min. Looking for seared but firm veggies

Add garlic and scallions. Saute 1 more minute
Step 8
Remove veggies from pan. Saute tomatoes on high heat. Looking for a char but not too mushy.
Step 9
Add all ingredients back to pan, including the steak and all its juices, mix in sauce and cilantro. Simmer 1 min
Step 10

Serve over fries
