Instructions

Step 1
Place the wholemeal bread slices in a toaster or under a grill and toast for 2–3 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
Step 2
Spread hummus on each slice of toast.
Step 3
Top with mashed avocado and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 4
Sprinkle with paprika (if desired) and season with salt and black pepper.
