Step 1
Toast your bread to your liking *If doing low carb, I suggest doing a thin bread. * GF Options: GF Bread, Egg White Wrap

Smash your avocado

Step 3
Cut your tomato in half, then slice it

Smear your 1 tbsp of cream cheese on each slice of bread

Step 5
Smear half of the smashed avocado on the toast

Step 6

Sprinkle avocado toast seasoning

If adding a fried egg, cook it to your liking and put on top of avocado

Add sliced tomato & top with micro cilantro
