Instructions
Step 1
Cook tagliatelle in boiling water for 8 - 10 minutes
Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp of oil and fry chicken for 8 minutes turning occasionally until golden all round.
Step 3
Add cider, mustard and seasoning and simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly reduced
Step 4
Melt butter in a pan, add remaining oil and cook leek for 3 minutes
Step 5
Add mushrooms and cook for a other 2 mins
Step 6
Add leek and mushrooms to chicken, stir in cream and simmer for 2 minutes
Step 7
Add tagliatelle and serve
